Goods are exchangeable within 14 days of goods recieved

Merchandise must be in original condition with all original tags attached and any related accessories

For hygienic reasons, exchange and refund for jewellery and accessories is not permitted

Merchandise which we reasonably believe is incomplete, damaged, worn, used, altered or defective other than manufacturing defect will not be accepted. Note: merchandise that is damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered to be faulty or defective

Exchange Policy is granted once per item

If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other item, subject to stock availability

If the exchange item exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess.
If the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item, no cash refund policy shall apply
Note: If in our sole opinion, the goods returned are not faulty or damaged, and correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website, or have not been returned with accordance with our returns policies and timeframe, you will not be entitled to an exchange and we will return the goods to you at your own expense
